At Lafangar, every mobile cover is custom-made with care. As most of our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we are fully committed to offering a quick and hassle-free replacement if there is a genuine issue with your order.

Our goal is simple — you receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition.

✅ Replacement Eligibility

We offer free replacements in the following cases:

Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive a wrong phone model, wrong design, or incorrect item.

Damaged or Defective Product

If the product arrives broken, scratched, misprinted, or damaged during shipping.

Manufacturing or Fitting Issue

❌ Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Wrong phone model selected by the customer

  • Incorrect image uploaded for customization

  • Minor color variation due to screen brightness differences

  • Damage caused after use

We request customers to double-check their phone model and uploaded image before placing the order.

If the cover does not fit your phone due to our sizing error.

📅 Replacement Request Process

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images of the product

  • An unboxing video is strongly recommended for faster approval

Once verified, we will process your replacement.

🚚 Replacement Shipping

  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–7 business days

  • No need to return the damaged item (unless specifically requested)

  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

    • Alternative design

    • Store credit

    • Discount voucher

💰 Refund Policy

As all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds. Replacement or store credit will be provided in eligible cases.

💳 For COD Orders (Custom Photo Orders)

A partial advance payment of ₹45 is required to confirm COD orders.
The remaining amount is payable at delivery.

If the order is refused at delivery, the advance amount is non-refundable.
